Samantha Blaire Cutler is an actor, singer, dancer originally from Louisville, Kentucky who began performing professionally at the age of 7 as "Chip" in "Beauty and the Beast". Other roles soon followed including "Susan Waverly" in "White Christmas" and "Molly" in "Annie". Leaving her hometown she traveled to New York City and booked the Broadway National Tour of "Billy Elliot the Musical" where she spent three years on the road as "Debbie". Television, Film, and Video credits include "Mystery at Locust Grove", "Orange is the New Black", "The Ever Never Handbook", and "Play by Play". At the age of 16, Samantha graduated with honors from The Professional Children's School in New York City and is currently enrolled at University while pursuing her career in the arts.
